An Old Bailey judge has told 41 year old Naveed Ahmed from Merton Avenue Northolt he faces life imprisonment for the murder of his wife Tahira in May last year.
She died from multiple injuries and had been decapitated.
Ahmed was arrested after fleeing the house and was stopped by officers in nearby Pilgrims Close.
They noticed he had blood stains on his coat and was sweating heavily.
