Scot Young’s funeral has been held today in Kensal Green Cemetery, following his death in December 2014.
Mr Young, 52, died after falling from the window of his fourth-storey flat in Montagu Square, Marylebone.
He had been in Gordon Hospital in central London, just hours before his death on December 8th.
The scene was described as “grisly” and “brutal”.
He was sent to prison after an acrimonious and public divorce with his ex-wife Michelle.
At his peak of his career, Mr Young was worth around £400 million.
During his divorce battle, he told the court that his entire fortune had disappeared after a failed property venture in Russia in 2006, named Project Moscow.
He also claimed that he had been left with debts totalling over £30 million.
Whilst some papers have speculated this his death may be linked to disgruntled Russian mafia, the Met Police carried out an inquiry and said that his death was not being treated as suspicious.
