Andy Murray through to Australian Open Semi-Final

  • Murray’s record over Australian players now stands at 11-0

Andy Murray put in a sublime performance to overcome Australian Nick Kyrgios in 3 sets (6-3 7-6 (7-5) 6-3).

After a poor 2014, Andy Murray appears to be regaining some of the form that led him to the Wimbledon title in 2013.

The win pitches Murray against Tomas Berdych in the semi final which will be played Thursday morning (GMT).

Andy Murray has a losing record against Tomas Berdych (6-4) who overcame Rafael Nadal in his quarter-final yesterday having lost his previous 17 encounters with the Spaniard.
