Another trophy for Eddie’s collection and this week’s films

After the Golden Globes and the BAFTAs, Eddie Redmayne also received the Oscar award for Best Actor in his role of Steven Hawking.

There is still time to catch his film, The Theory of Everything, in cinemas.

Following on from the great success of The Best Exotic Marigold Hotelthe sequel in this potential new franchise, The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel is on release in cinemas this week.

The story introduces a new character Sonny, played by Dev Patel, and stars most of the cast of the previous film including Judi Dench and Maggie Smith.

Will Smith’s new film Focus has just opened in London cinemas. The film is a romcrimcom- a film that has comedy, romance and crime all on the same reel… or should we say digital file in 2015? You can focus on the starring Margot Robbie.

Also new in cinemas, The Boy Next Door is a thriller featuring Jennifer Lopez and Ryan Guzman.

It’s the story of an affair which turns out to be a rather dangerous relationship.

For the younger audience, Big Hero 6 just won Best Animated Feature Film at the Oscars, and is still available in cinemas.
