A murder investigation has been launched following the death of a woman in Fulham.
Police were called by the London Ambulance Service at around 9:30 pm on 28th March when the body of a 33-year-old woman was found at a flat in Romily Court off Landridge Road (SW6).
The victim is not a United Kingdom national and has not been officially identified yet.
A post-mortem examination at Fulham Mortuary to determine the cause of death began on Sunday and will continue on Wednesday.
An incident room has opened at Lewisham under DCI Rebecca Reeves of the Homicide and Major Crime Command.
I am appealing for anyone who saw or heard anything unusual or suspicious in Romily Court on Saturday, or in the previous few days, to call police.
A 23-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the investigation.
He’s been bailed to return on a date in late May.
