The Met Police are asking for witnesses to two separate fatal collisions between pedestrians and buses in London in less than half a day.
Shepherds Bush fatality
Police were called to a collision involving a bus and a pedestrian in Westfield Way, Shepherds Bush at 7.24 am this morning.
London Ambulance Service attended and the pedestrian, a woman aged 50, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Next of kin were in the process of being informed and formal identification awaits.
The driver of the bus stopped at the scene.
She was not arrested.
Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit based at Merton investigate.

Uxbridge Road fatality
Police were called to reports of a collision involving a bus and a pedestrian at five past nine last night in Uxbridge Road, outside Ealing Hospital, Southall.
London Ambulance Service medics did their best to give treatment.
The pedestrian, a man aged 44, was pronounced dead at the scene at 9.24.
Next of kin have been informed and formal identification awaits.
A post-mortem examination is scheduled to take place at Fulham Mortuary today.
The driver of the bus stopped at the scene. He’s not been arrested.
Officers from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit based at Alperton are investigating.
