Police are appealing for witnesses after a man in his fifties has been critically injured in a collision with a night bus in Blackheath.
Police were called by the London Ambulance Service shortly before 5 am this morning to Prince of Wales Road at the junction with St Germans Place.
The man, aged in his early 50s, was taken to the major trauma treatment centre at the Royal London Hospital with head injuries.
He remains in a critical condition.
The driver of the Route N89 bus stopped at the scene.
Detectives from the Serious Collision Investigation Unit based at Catford are investigating.
There’ve been no arrests.
