Detectives have released CCTV images of a young man whose body was found earlier this year in the River Thames.
18 year old Borex Tatsa’s death is mysterious and unexplained.
He’d not been since alive since Saturday 7th February this year.
His body was discovered in the River Thames exactly two weeks later on Saturday, 28th February close to Rotherhithe.
The Met Police say:
His death is being treated as unexplained at this stage and officers would like to hear from witnesses and anyone who has information in relation his disappearance.
Borex was last captured on CCTV in Southwark at 1:19 am on Sunday, 8th February.
His rucksack was found nearby, on the same day, in a bin outside The Old Thameside Inn.

Detective Inspector Ian Fleming, from Hackney’s Public Protection unit, said:
The circumstances surrounding the discovery of Borex’s body in The River Thames
remain unexplained at this stage, with all options remaining open. I would like to appeal to any witnesses or any person who has information in relation to this incident, to come forward and speak to a member of the investigation team.
Borex’s mother said in a statement:
Borex was a much loved member of our family. He was a quiet person with a lovely
smile. If anyone knows anything at all about what happened to him please come forward and tell the police as we are desperate to know what happened to him.
