Detectives in Croydon are appealing for witnesses to come forward following a double stabbing in George Street on Monday afternoon.
The ‘altercation’ is believed to have started inside McDonalds, North End at around five to two.
This is thought to have escalated and spilled outside the restaurant.
Officers at the scene found two 18-year-old men needing treatment.
One had suffered a stab wound to the arm and the other a stab wound to the neck.
They were taken to separate hospitals by London Ambulance Service where they are receiving treatment for ‘non life threatening injuries.’
A third man who’s 20 years old, presented himself at a South London hospital later having suffered stab wounds to the face.
At this early stage officers believe these incidents to be linked.
All three men have been arrested on suspicion of Grievous Bodily Harm (GBH).
They remain in hospital at this time.
Detectives would like to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident either inside or outside MacDonalds or further down George Street toward the station.
Anyone with information should call Croydon CID on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 quoting reference 3813632/15.
