Firefighters have been called to a house fire after a suspected lightning strike on Norman Crescent in Pinner this afternoon.
The roof of the semi-detached house was well alight.

Four fire engines and 21 firefighters and officers from Harrow and Ruislip have been attending the incident.
Half of the first floor was damaged and the roof was destroyed by the blaze.
The Brigade was called at 1:36pm and the fire was under control by eleven minutes past three.
The cause of the fire is not known at this stage, but is believed to be a lightning strike.
