Three men remanded in custody at Old Bailey accused of murdering 75 year old in Tooting

Three men have appeared at the Old Bailey accused of murdering 75 year old Peter Lee in Welham Road, Tooting.

They’ve been remanded in custody.

They are:

  1. 33 year old Jason Lewin from Glenthorpe Road, Morden,
  2. 30 year old John Palmer from Green Wrythe Lane, Sutton;
  3. and 28 year old Stuart Palmer from Hounslow.

Lewin and Palmer are charged with murder, aggravated burglary with intent and possession of an offensive weapon.

A post-mortem examination held on Tuesday, 2nd June at St George’s Hospital mortuary gave cause of Peter Lee’s death as severe head injury.
