28 year old man appears in court accused of murdering Tommy Blackmore

A 28 year old man from Southwark has appeared in court charged with murdering Tommy Blackmore near Tower Bridge on Saturday 13th June.

Lloyd Smythe from Staple Street, Tabard Gardens Estate, SE1 was taken in custody at Camberwell Green Magistrates’ Court.

20-year-old Mr Blackmore from Bermondsey died after being found with injuries in Queen Elizabeth Street near Tower Bridge.

Smythe was arrested on Sunday, 14 June.
