Police officers in Lewisham have been called to the stabbings of two 14 year old victims in less than 24 hours.
Yesterday morning a 14 year old boy stab victim walked into Deptford Green School suffering from knife wound to the thigh.
He was neither a pupil at the school, nor was the suspect arrested a student there.
Police arrested a 13 year old boy and recovered a knife in connection with the incident.
He was in custody on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm.
The victim was taken to hospital and is in a stable condition.
His injuries are not considered life threatening.
This evening Lewisham police officers have been called to a stabbing in Eddystone Road, Brockley.
The 14 year old boy victim was being treated for a stab wound to the back, which at this stage is not thought to be life-threatening.
The London Ambulance service are attending and treating the victim.
