Environmental protest group Greenpeace have erected a ten metre high, mock fracking rig outside the Houses of Parliament.
They’re protesting against Government plans to start the controversial process at various locations across the country.
Two proposed sites in Lancashire have been controversial.
Energy firm, Cuadrilla, is currently appealing refusal to extract gas taken by the regional county council.
Fracking is also proposed for numerous other locations, particularly in the north of England.
Protestors are accusing the Government of ignoring local opinion.
