Chris Brown has been ordered to stay away from his model ex-girlfriend following claims he punched her in the stomach and threatened to kill her.
A court in LA granted a restraining order to his ex girlfriend, Karrueche Tran, against the rapper, who has been warned he faces arrest if he goes near her.
According to court documents, she said: ‘He told a few people that he was going to kill me. He said if no one else can have me, he’s gonna “take me out.”‘
This comes after multiple previous allegations of violence and domestic abuse, such as his relationship with the singer, Rhianna.
The relationship broke up in 2009 and he was later convicted of domestic violence and was sentenced to six years probation which ended in 2015.
Two years before, he was charged with assault for beating a man outside a Washington hotel and was put into rehab.
He was arrested again last year on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon after an hours-long standoff with police.
On Tuesday, the rapper posted a video on his Instagram account apparently referring to the accusations of domestic abuse, calling them ‘b*******.’
