The 8th-14th of May marks Mental Health Awareness Week in the United Kingdom.
The campaign was started by the Mental Health Foundation.
It aims to educate the public on mental health issues; tackling awareness, stigma and just why so few of just enjoy good mental health.
With four in ten people reporting experience of depression and only 13% of people reporting that they have good mental health, it is clear that attitudes towards mental health need changing.

Many celebrities having been making efforts to promote mental health awareness.
This year the Duke of the Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry have been speaking out about the importance of paying attention to one’s mental health.
