A student from Stratford, East London has launched a campaign to raise £64,000 after being accepted to study at one of the world’s most prestigious universities.
Isaiah Wellington-Lynn, who is currently studying Anthropology at University College London, initially had a scholarship to cover the costs of attending Harvard University, in America.

But, after that fell through he has resorted to raising the fees on crowd funder.
A notable alumni of Harvard University, is the former U.S president Barack Obama.
Harvard University is the next step for Isaiah, and he sat down with me to discuss his future goals.
Isaiah is a prime example of a young man breathing positivity into the younger generation, and changing the narrative of the stories in the media linked to young people, such as knife crime.
Isaiah has been juggling campaigning alongside completing his end of year exams at University, and has so far raised £28,135.
His deadline is Saturday the 17th June.
Isaiah hopes his story and campaign will continue to inspire people, and remind others that ‘we are more than our circumstances.’
